Delaware

  • Set the minimum age of juvenile court jurisdiction to 12 (previously there was no age limit) 

New York

  • Raised the minimum age of prosecution from age 7 to age 12

New Hampshire

  • Set the minimum age of juvenile court jurisdiction to 13, except for violent crimes (previously there was no age limit) 

Connecticut

  • Raised the minimum age of prosecution from age 7 to age 10

North Carolina
